  3. Good morning, I wanted to know if my lumbar stenosis has a solution. I have just turned 78 and I have been diagnosed with this degenerative disease, whether due to age, which obviously has an influence. I was a child and had scoliosis as a teenager!!! Now, well, a few years ago I began to feel unstable and every day I feel worse, with a lot of pain in the lumbar area that radiates to my legs. Logically, I have a hard time walking and I have great difficulty going out. If you think there could be some improvement, I would appreciate it.
